 Reason to contribute to financial sustainability.

The association currently has a reasonable balance approx. £2150 but that has decreased by approx. £600 in the last two years.

A previous motion to offer 5 years of membership at £8-00 superseded a previous annual fee, thus annual income dropped. The main costs to the association are website the supply of boat number stickers and Cup engraving. The costs of obtaining sail numbers will soon rise as a low-cost supply has almost run out.

The existing charges are out of date and need updating. The charges proposed are considered to be reasonable whilst covering the cost with a modest margin to the association.

Stick on Boat Registration Hull number                                                                     £3 (includes postage)

Sail numbers per Sail (4 numbers Last two digits of Reg Number)                         £4-50 per Sail

Sail Numbers additional (minimum 4)                                                                        £1-25 each

National letters GBR (Pair/ One Sail)                                                                          £3-00

Postage when items are sent out separate to registration or Hull Number)           £3-00

The existing option of sending a Stamp addressed envelope will be retained.

If this Proposal is approved the online form will be updated ASAP
