3 - Planet T5 Radio Control

  • There is a problem with the Planet T5 when used at Gosport. They can frequently suffer with a lack of control over the boat at the extremities of the lake. We believe that this is caused by a near-by Mobile Telephone mast. It is therefore recommended that you do not use the Planet T5 for the Event. All other 2.4 Ghz transmitters and all 40 Mhz transmitters are ok. The obligation is on you to check your equipment is ok. The event organisers will take no reasonability for transmitter failure.

  • If you have a Planet T5 it is recommended that you change it to either a 40Mhz or a different 2.4 Ghz Radio control system for the event.
